Battery label figures cannot be compared with each other. There is no standard unifying the C rating of hobby batteries, so every manufacturer treats the marking as they see fit. The goal of our tests is to measure with one consistent method, so that the values we publish can be compared against each other. Every battery goes through a test on a discharge rig we built ourselves, which lets us measure each pack's behaviour under load, its C rating, capacity and thermal characteristics the same way.
| Battery | Manufacturer label | Capacity (mAh) | Capacity honesty (%) | Peak C (C) | Burst hold (full punch) (C) | Continuous C (C) | Continuous C per kilogram (C/kg) | Specific resistance (mΩ·Ah) | Energy density (Wh/kg) | Price | ||
